    Hello @focusallmedia,

We apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. Can you tell us what you did before you encountered this problem? If possible can you give us the error message which you get in your error.log or debug.log? so we can have a clue what is causing this problem. Among the ones that cause this problem are usually, clashes with other plugins, cache, or site optimization causing a function to crash.

However, we will wait for further news from you.
    Thank You

Hi, we’ve had the same issue and the problem has been solved by updating the server PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1. After this change the plugin is working fine.

    Hello @marrobstudio,

Do you have an error message you can give us? We have tried to test it on PHP version 7.4.12, but we don’t have any issues like this.

We would be happy if you could provide it so that it would be easier for us to investigate this issue.

    Thank You

I am also having this issue – just wanted to let you know, so I will be keeping an eye on this thread. I am getting this error in the console: failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://domain.mysites.io/wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/lib/jeg-framework/assets/js/vendor/bootstrap.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    Hello @anji_s,

We apologize in advance for our delay in answering. If you find an error with the code status is 404, meaning the file/path/destination does not exist or not found. You can try checking whether the file exists or is not in accordance with the written path.

If the file does not exist, there is a possibility of an error when updating or installing the plugin. You can try reinstalling the plugin to make sure this. Before reinstalling the plugin, it would be nice you can back up all your data first.

Then for the bootstrap.min.js.map file, we don’t have this file. We don’t know which code calls this file, can you tell us the environment you are using? Like the Elementor version and version of Jeg Elementor Kit? It would be nice to also tell us the experimental (Elementor) settings that are active if there is.

We will wait for the next news from you.
    Thank You

I figured out that there is a conflict between the Jeg Elementor kit and the elements kit lite by wpmet – I can either have the jeg elementor kit active or the elements lite kit active, but not both at the same time, so it is good that I don’t need to have this active once I have imported the templates I can deactivate it – the problem is that when the elements kit lite is not active during the import, the parts of the template that require that plugin to be active do not get imported so I had to import the template kit, deactivate the jeg template kit plugin, then activate the elements lite kit plugin, and then I had to manually re-create the pieces of the template pages that were part of the elements kit which I was able to do using chrome’s dev tools to inspect the elements on the demo to see which elements were missing, how much padding, and margins, etc. to add to each piece. I know that the elements lite kit is not your plugin, but since the Jeg Elementor template kits use it in quite a few of the layouts, it would probably be a good idea for you to find out what is causing the conflict ?? I was using flywheel on a development environment which is password protected – I didn’t turn off the password protection to see if that could have been part of the problem since I figured out a workaround for the problem, but maybe my posting this here will help someone else who ran into this problem.
