I found the instructions on where to actually post a question very confusing, so sorry if I’m in the wrong place.

I’m using a regular Elementor “Slider” on the bottom of my page. The slider works just fine while I’m editing the page, but “live”, it’s just a frozen image with arrows that are not clickable. I’ve searched the forum and although I found a similar problem listed, it was several years old and the user was having an issue with a plugin I do not use.

I don’t think this is a theme issue as I have the same problem on a different site with a different theme. Is this a common issue with a simple, known resolution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Looking at the DevTools for your site, I am pretty sure I only see one slide. Now, this in no way explains what’s happening to make it word when editing WordPress.

Yeah, it basically acts like there is only one slide, but there are 3
    Makes no sense to me.

    Hi,

Since you are using our Pro features on your website (Slides), you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Once you open a ticket there, the agents should be able to get to the bottom of this issue.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Regards,

    Gil
