    Hello,

We are using Elementor plugin & we have a big slider on our front page.
Slider images are shown in Google, Safari, Opera, IE & Edge – but not shown on Firefox.

    WP 5.6
    Elementor up to date
    PHP 7.0

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

  • Hello Dorian,

As an initial troubleshooting step, please try to regenerate the CSS files via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard to see if it helps.

Also, please make sure that you clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache).

The issue can be also related to an incompatibility, to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) to see if it helps. If it solves the issue, then reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, please temporarily switch your theme to a standard WordPress theme, for example, Twenty Twenty, and see if it makes any difference.

As a kind reminder, It is very important that you update the plugins Elementor (3.0.16) and Elementor Pro (3.0.10). The latest versions not only introduce new features but also fix bugs that may exist in previous versions. Also, please make sure that your system follows all Requirements in order for Elementor to work properly. You can check this information in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info.

In addition, I also suggest that you follow the steps listed below in order to give a try to address this issue. Please feel free to skip any step you’ve already made:

    I’ve found the culprit plugin!

    JetMenu 2.0.8

Any idea what might cause the image-loading interference?

    Hello Dorian,

    Thanks for the update.
To get the answer for this one, you will need to contact the JetMenu plugin author to check what’s caused this issue.
Elementor supports a large number of various plugins without any issues.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Just an update for anyone that might experience this issue.
JetMenu & JetElements were not working good together on this case.

JetMenu was rolled back a few versions – then rolled up to current one. After disabling JetElements & re-activating it – it suddenly started to work.

Was not Elementor issue but additional plugins. Thanks for help Said.

    Hi,

thank you for the last update, we are glad to know that our help was usefull.

    Kind regards,
    David

Hello, I had the same bug on my side.

I tryed all the step you talk about, try out every plugin one by one.
    I figure it out finaly.

I am using Neobeats theme which include elementor and other features.
I had an issue with images on elementor slider and shop page images, which was really bad.

The Neobeats theme last update was august 2020, and at that time wordpress version was 5.4.2, so in downgrading wordpress core to this version everything finally worked perfectly.

This will probably be a problem the more time passes since wordpress core really change lately, a lot of plugins will also change and won’t be available for neobeats theme anymore. I don’t know if developpers at Qcode are going to make an update one day or not…
