The querystring parameters seems to come through fine when we test. For example, this is what $_REQUEST looks like using your shortcode:

(
    [jsf] => jet-woo-products-grid
    [tax] => product_cat:30,34,operator_AND
)

If you’re using a custom template to parse those querystring values, you may have to use one for the inserted page as well, instead of just the content display.
