I applied speed optimization. There have been no problems and a week has passed since that. Today, when I change the image on the page with Elementor and save it, I cannot see this change in my site. I tried to use another browser, deleted the cookies and the situation is still the same. What is the solution to this?

  • Hi @altayko,

    Thank you for reaching out.

In order to better assist you, we’ll need a little more information. Can you please explain the issue you’re experiencing step by step? What image are you referring to? Is it the features image of a post or an image in your post content?

As you mentioned you applied some speed optimization, do you mean that you use a caching plugin? Did you clear the cache and check if the correct image then shows?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,

I installed Yoast, then I got a notification from Yoast, I don’t remember exactly what it said, but it was something like “speed up your website”. First I used “Yoast seo configuration wizard”, then I pressed the button in this notification and then I encountered this problem.

    Hi,

The ‘speed up your website’ is one of our newer features called the Indexables. You can learn more about it here — https://yoast.com/innovations/indexables/

However, it shouldn’t affect the usage of your Elementor page builder, such as making changes to the image. We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.
