Elementor-pro Update version 3.9.0 breaks Sydney site

I am sorry to hear that you have running into an issue.

To check whether this issue is specifically related to Sydney theme or not, please try:

1. Enable troubleshooting mode with Health Check plugin.
2. While troubleshooting is active and you are logged in, enable one of default WordPress themes.
3. Run your test with Elementor pages while Elementor & Elementor Pro (latest versions) are enabled.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

P.S.: You may be required to clear cache in both your site and web browser each time running your test.

I have now found out that the problem is caused by the preloader.
If I deactivate this with CSS ( display: none;) everything works again.
My question about this:
Is it sufficient to deactivate this with CSS – Or should that be completely removed?

It should be fine as it doesn’t break your site’s layout.

If you are running the latest version of Sydney theme, you have an option to disable the preloader from Appearance > Customize > Genral > Misc. Check this screenshot for your reference.

It happens also to me. Thanks so much.

Is there going to be a fix for this? We have 4 sites that use this theme. ONLY elementor and pro plugin and they are all effected the same way.
