• Elementor pro failed to update via auto-update several times then the website went down. based on analysis, once turn off elementor pro, the website is back on but menu trees crated by using elementor pro disappear. when elementor pro turned on, then website goes down. Please please help with it. Do I have to delete elementor pro and install again? I am worried about deleting it because some pages are related to elementor pro.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    What Yui said above, but in the meantime, you can try to manually upload the new version that failed to update and overwrite the plugin files. A lot of times that will get you back up and running.

    Thank so much for feedback. could you please explain how to upload new version manually and overwrite it? I am not familiar with it.
