• I use elementor Pro. The plugin is OK, editing is simple and fairly user friendly, although the way the template work is not always very intuitive.

    The problem is the support. A complete disappointment. I have the feeling that they systematically blame the issue on the theme you use, without really looking into it. I use storefront, the “official” Woocommerce Theme, which I expect to be fully compatible with Elementor. So far, I submitted 3 tickets to support. In 2 cases the advised me to seek help on the development forum or from the theme creators. In 1 case, they asked me to provide credentials to access the site and promised to look into. This was 3 weeks ago and nothing happened yet.

    I see this as a risk and I’m seriously considering dumping Elementor. I would strongly advise Elementor to ramp up their support.
