Our site has a Media Carousel on the home page. Each item is individually linked with hover content. The scroll is automatic and loops, so when it gets to the last item, the first one is just next. However, with W3TC active (minify disabled), the graphics disappear until they “fill” the screen, then they appear again for the cycle. At the end, they go blank and repeat. See screenshot example: Blank Items. This happens on both mobile and desktop sites on every browser I’ve tested.

If you hover over the blank spaces, the hover text appears, so they’re not gone, just invisible temporarily. Disabling W3TC immediately fixes the issue.

    Basic settings include:
    Browser caching active
    Page caching active
    Object and database caching disabled
    Minify disabled

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Hello @joseph_winn

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
None of the mentioned settings that are enabled should cause issues of this kind.
Please check if the LazyLoad is enabled in Performance>General settings and if so, disable it, save all settings and see if the issue persists.
If Lazy load is not enabled, then disable each setting in General settings, one by one, and see which one might be causing this.
    Thanks!

Marko, thanks for the quick reply. It was LazyLoad. Disabling it got rid of the issue. Looks like there’s an incompatibility with the Elementor Media Carousel. Thank you; I’m happy to have the caching back on for the site.
