    I’m looking at purchasing Masterstudy after terrible Tutor LMS support. It looks like a great alternative, However, there seems to be an issue with Elementor Pro and Masterstudy LMS Starter Child theme.

    When I make any layout changes, for example, on the homepage, all looks well in editor mode, but then when I display the page, I just get blank spaces where those elements are, but if I log out of WordPress admin panel and display the homepage, all the elements are there and display correctly. If I disable Masterstudy LMS plugin, everything goes back to normal.

    I’ve tried emptying cache using SiteGround Optimizer, but nothing seems to work. Hope someone can help. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    We released a compatibility update with Eleemntor Pro. Can you update the MasaterStudy LMS to the latest version and let us know if it helps?

    Kind regards

    No, sorry. The theme still has problems with the footer section. It’s still appearing too high on each page of my site covering the content. The footer also appears in the Elementor editor at the top of the page. It displays normally if I switch to another theme.

    Also, the course carousel disappears in live view, but if I change it to another style, ie ‘grid’, it appears again. The problem persists with other themes.

    I’ve been on the Siteground who say it’s not a cache problem.

    Hope you can help.

    Hello @mikeypowel1 ,

    Can you try the following CSS in Dashboard > Appearance > Additional CSS section:

    footer {
    position: relative;
    }

    It will change the position of the footer and it should not overlap again.

    Regards

    Hi, thanks for the response. I tried that, but it’s still causing issues…

    I visited the page you provided and detected the footer part of the site is built using Elemenotor Pro.

    The previous CSS that I suggested works with Elementor Header & Footer builder. Can you try the following CSS and I hope it resolves the issue:

    body.single-stm-courses .stm-lms-wrapper {
        min-height: auto;
    }

    Regards
