@andreapanayi Hello, yes the plugin is compatible with Elementor and in fact I am working on a new feature for Cooked Pro to make it even more compatible with Elementor. Cooked comes with many shortcodes that you can display anywhere you want. For example:

    [cooked-info left=”author,print,fullscreen” right=”rating,difficulty,favorite”]

    [cooked-excerpt]

    [cooked-sharing]

    [cooked-image]

    [cooked-info left=”servings” right=”prep_time,cook_time,total_time”]

    [cooked-ingredients]

    [cooked-directions]

    [cooked-notes show_header=true]

    [cooked-gallery]

    [cooked-info include=”taxonomies”]

    Hello,

I tried creating a new page with Elementor and used some of these tags to try and create a custom template for the recipes, and used the Shortcode element and used it but it showed empty.

Also, I have Elementor Pro on my website, and the element Loop Grid Widget and selected to display the Recipes and added to show the Terms Categories, but when I save they show up empty. Is there a way to check that?

And also can we dispaly the Servings, time icons and a read more button on the teaser view of the articles when I use this elementor widget.

I think the best way to do it is to enable Elementor on the “Recipe” post type. Then you can create a ‘Single Post’ template in Elementor and add a Display Condition as:

    Include > Recipes > All

As for the Loop Grid widget, I tested this and I think you have to edit the Loop Grids template that you are using, the Loop Grid template should have a “Posts” widget with the Source as “Recipes”.

And for displaying the Servings in the Loop Grid, this is currently not possible.

If possible can you join the discord server for better support: https://discord.gg/qdGwXaXxc6, this way I we can share screenshots back and forth and better understand the issue.

After some investigation it seems like there is no issue here.

The Loop Grid template itself needs to be adjusted to display the recipe taxonomy such as Category.
