Elementor PRO connection error

I had to delete a site i was working on that had Elementor pro installed. I recreated the site using the same name. When i try to install pro i see an error message stating the license has exceeded its limitation. However, when I click on my site in my Elmentor account it connects just fine.

Is there a way to correct this issue without having to purchase an additional upgrade?
