Elementor Popup / Mailchimp not working

    Dear community,

    over the last week I have experienced difficulties with the Elementor popup. The connexion with mailchimp provokes error messages.

    I created a test page https://www.lespivoteurs.fr/elementor-462/ with 2 tests :
    1) embedded naked form code provided by mailchimp –> works well
    2) Popup built with Elementor –> doesn’t work – despite fields mapping and check with mailchimp settings. It displays such messages as : “an error occured”

    Anybody to help me fix that problem ?

  • If you have issues sending forms integrated with MailChimp make sure that you have not added an “address” field or a “birthday” field within your field mapping settings in your MailChimp account.

    Please note also that the API of MailChimp does not allow to join a list with the same email address more than once. You can receive an error in this case.

    ok why will this not use address or birthday? wouldnt that be a basic information that is required? You telling us that almighty ELementor can not do this?
