Elementor Popup Conflict

I have a popup on my client’s website, and suddenly it stopped working and wasn’t appearing for anyone. I contacted Elementor Support about this and they have advised of a problem with Powerpack. See below their response:

“I totally understand your concern, however, as much as I would love to help you, we can’t provide support in relation to third-party plugins like the PowerPack Lite for Elementor plugin given that we do not have any control over their code and cannot guarantee they will be fully compatible with Elementor. As it is the responsibility of the plugin’s authors to add compatibility for Elementor, we suggest you report this issue to the powerpack Lite for Elementor plugin and see if they can provide a fix on their end. If they need help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist.”

Would you be able to resolve this? I have been using the Instagram feed widget and it is currently the best I have found – however I have had to deactivate for now so the popup works.
