Elementor plugin is not working

Hi,

I assume you have followed all of the steps in our guide and your page is still showing grey with endless loading?

Does this occur on all pages or a specific page or type of page?

Do you see any error in your browser’s console log while trying to edit your page?

I also see that your Elementor version is older, have you tried to update Elementor to its latest version (2.9.6)?

I recommend performing a backup before updating Elementor due to not updating for a long time.

Yes it occurs in all pages and posts if click on Edit with Elementor.

In browser console showing below js errors.

Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function in https://academy.summery.nl/wp-content/themes/jupiterx/lib/admin/assets/js/widget-controls.js?ver=1.0.2

We did try to update Elementor to latest version but after update site going down.

Here have installed Pixa and Raven plugin also. Maybe doing conflict with them.
