Elementor plugin may cause an issue while adding questions to the quiz

Dear Customers,

I want to mention, that an issue arises while adding questions to the quiz for our customers recently.
This case/conflict is already familiar to us and the issue comes from the Elementor plugin(there is a PHP Fatal error in the Elementor plugin core).

In case this issue arises for you as well, please first of all, and most importantly, make a DB Backup for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).

After this, you can deactivate the Elementor plugin to be sure the issue comes from that.
If yes, then, please get in touch with the Elementor Support Team and describe the case for them. They will surely be ready to solve the issue for you.

The case is that the Elementor Plugin is not compatible with the PHP 8.0.0+ versions yet.
So, you can also go to your cPanel, downgrade your PHP version to, for instance, 7.3.30, and check whether the issue persists or not for you.
Or you can get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to do this for you.

If not, you are always welcome to open a new topic in case of any issues connected with the Quiz Maker plugin.

By the way, we have already got in touch with the Elementor Support Team and they are currently checking the issue.
Hope, the issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
