elementor optin form integrates w/ multi channel

    how can I make an optin form to get name, email, mobile, then :
    1/ name n email goes to hippo vid (trigger autoresponder)
    2/ mobile goes to attentive (trigger text reminder)
    3/ contact stored n crm too

    is that possible?
