When I edit a page, using Safari, at first I get the white page wit the E sitting in the center loading. Sometimes it will load and I get the widgets on the side with it trying to load.

    What i have tried..

I have followed the troubleshooting steps in elementor guide

I have deactivated my plugins and switched to a default theme.

It still will not work in Safari.

With all plugins active and my theme set I can edit pages in Elementor in Chrome and Firefox.

Safari is my browser of choice. I was able to use Elementor in Safari in the past. Not sure what has changed…

See below for my system info.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

As we are not seeing a widespread issue with Safari at this time, I’d recommend revisiting the list here as there are many other tests that can isolate the issue’s source (whether if it’s on the server side or locally on a specific browser/computer). This will help us pinpoint the underlying issue.

In addition, if you can, please access your browser’s console log by clicking Shift + ? + J which will present any errors that occur during the Elementor loading process. When you do, please either send us a screenshot of the errors or copy and paste these to your reply. If you’d like, hovering over the error line will give you the root directory of the relevant file, which can provide us with a better idea of what’s causing the problem.

    Thanks in advance.

    Gil
