elementor not working at all

  • another admin of a site i manage installed the elementor pro plugin, not by paying the licence but by using one he downloaded somewhere. since then elementor stoped working, not even the basic free version. i tried uninstalling both plugins free and premium and then reinstalling the free one which is the only one i need with no luck. anyone knows what can i do to fix this. please help! thanks in advance.

    Really? I mean, really?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
