Elementor new page with Starter Templates is Broken

  • I have both Elementor and Starter Templates, I am trying to create a new page. When selecting edit with Elementor and from there I select the Starter Templates button, I land to the templates. Anything I try to import, is failing.

    This is what I get:

    my friends, I had the same problem but it disappeared when I used Wampserver, it’s another localhost webserver
