    Hi,
I have a website built using Elementor using the Elementor theme but when you connect to it, depending on the browser, the following occurs:

    – chrome/edge – no submenu indicator appears and the menu doesn’t expand
    – firefox – no icon appears but the submenu works

I have raised a support call with Elementor and after some troubleshooting, managed to implement a workaround which was disabling minification of JSS and CSS.

The issue has persisted between minor version upgrades of WP-Optimize, Elementor and the OceanWP theme with me running versions 3.2.1, 3.5.2 and 3.1.2 respectively.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @pgslwebmaster Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of JS files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript & CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Hi @bornforphp, I can confirm that the issue still persists with the above configuration – as a side note, disabling minification also has fixed some strange layout issues too.
Experimenting with other options, I’ve been able to re-enable minification of javaScript by disabling Merge inline extra css and javascript under Settings\Miscalaneous.

@pgslwebmaster So after re-enable minification of javaScript by disabling Merge inline extra css and javascript under Settings/Miscalaneous helps to fix the issue?
