    Hi,
I have issues loading photos on my website.
The buffer logo keeps showing forever. Some days the photos work perfectly but often they dont, its quite random.
I asked someone who knows more about this and apparently the elementor nav menu plugin has a console error which is cousing the problem.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  • Hi @frodo150!

The “NavMenu Addon for Elementor” plugin has been retired, so you can remove this plugin and check if the issue disappears. If the pictures still don’t load, it could be due to a plugin conflict. Please try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check which one could cause the issue and replace it with an alternative plugin.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response.
I’ve tried to deactivte the plugin before, but then the nav menu dissapers on some pages, any idea on how to fix that?

    Hi @frodo150!

You could use another plugin that offers the same functionality as that retired plugin or you could even use the theme menu. However, it is possible that the images don’t load due to a plugin conflict, so please try to follow the steps provided above and check if the issue disappears.

    Have a nice day!
