• Hello,

I cannot use the Elementor Motion Effects for animated movement within my website. Unfortunately, when I try to apply an entrance animation, I get a preview of what the animation will look like, but then all my work (words, colors, pictures, background, etc) completely disappears. Then, the section where I added the animation turns white and blank. On the page I have linked, you can see the animation of the text (Fade Down) plays normally; however, when I am editing with Elementor, I receive this error where the animated element disappears and I can no longer edit that section. Is there any way I can fix this?

    Thank you in advance,

    Jakub

  • Hi,

Do you see any error in your browser’s console?

Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

I hope this information helped you.

    Hello,

So apparently there is an error between Elementor and the WordPress theme I am using. I am communicating with the creator of the theme to get the issue resolved.

    Thank you for your assistance!
