Elementor – Mobile – odd behaviors

    Hi

    I’m trying to use Presto Player on a post designed with Elementor.

    Notes
    – I’m using containers, which are still alpha.
    – Elementors video player seems to work fine, albeit without the features in Presto.

    Issues – the following only occurs on mobile form factors:
    – Presto Player overflows container (as if container doesn’t know the height of Presto)
    – can’t stop the video once it’s started.

    Note – I’m in a bit of a time crunch, so I may have to replace Presto later this PM. Could you just tell me if you’re aware of any conflicts with Elementor (in general) and/or Elementor’s new container feature?

    So far, we have not encountered any common conflict with Elementor.

    For that, kindly try to change the theme and deactivate plugins to check if there is a conflict.

    Also, try to contact Elementor support to check it further.

    TBH, that’s kind of a non-answer.

    I’m not having this problem with other vid plugins.

    @imincognito Since is not allowed to give support for the Pro version here due to WP.org rules. Could you open up a support ticket?

    @imincognito Sorry for the delayed response.

    We noticed that it is working and it seems you are using Elementor without Presto Player.

    Also, we are quite sure if we understood your last response that you have premium or free version.
