They used the script below to enqueue the wc-cart-fragments on the front end by adding it to the theme’s function.php, which fixes the issue.

function enqueue_wc_cart_fragments() { wp_enqueue_script( 'wc-cart-fragments' ); }
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'enqueue_wc_cart_fragments' );

They moved the global enqueue support for fragments refresh
so call wp_enqueue_script( ‘wc-cart-fragments’ ); in your theme or child theme(recommended) functions.php code

or

Call the WC_AJAX::get_refreshed_fragments() at the end of your PHP coode responder; if it comes from an AJAX call
