    Hello,

I’ve been experiencing an issue that I believe may be related to a bug or a problem with my CSS or theme.

For reference, here’s a GIF showing the issue: GIF Link

I’m trying to create a carousel with multiple videos using the Elementor – Media Carousel , showing 3 slides per page. It works fine in draft mode, but when I click on the preview, it only shows 1 slide. Additionally, the arrows are unresponsive, and the content doesn’t fit properly on the image.

Could this be related to my CSS code or is it an issue with the theme

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @yvancapati.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was unable to reproduce this issue on my test site, as you can see from the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/buWQ0jHBNXXt. Since the issue appears to be isolated to your site or your site’s environment, I recommend starting with the standard troubleshooting steps as follows:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error.

If the issue persists, please share the URL to the site so we can inspect the front end.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind Regards.
