• Hi,

I am starting to develop a website based on Elementor Pro and WordPress.

I have to build a popup to ask for the login. I was able to build the popup and link it to action from the menu. When I click on the menu navigator – Login item, it shows the popup. The popup display what I need but I have an issue on the display.

    The popup disappears after 2sec.
I have made sure that the Automatic Close After remain blank, enable the Prevent Closing on Overlay

Also the navigator menu I am using, display properly the menu I need. I have set up my header which contains the menus with a 3 columns layout. A left menu, icon, right menu.

I am trying to show a guest menu on the right if the user is not logged in and a user menu if the user is not logged in. I found a bunch of examples to modify the functions.php to make it but none of them works.

I hope that you may have any idea why the popup close quickly even when you make sure to not clear the “Automatic Close After” and how to change the menu based on the user state (login or logout)

    Thanks

  • Unfortunately, you are going to have to talk to the developer of your theme and/or plugin you are using to create the popup. This isn’t a general WordPress issue.
