Elementor Library: Not connected

Try to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and switch to theme TwentySixteen, also update Elementor. See if it works.

Firstly, thanks for everything you do with Elementor!

I’m getting the same error as Alexandr above. I have deactivated all plugins and deleted then clean installed Elementor but nothing has worked so far. When I try to access “My Templates” it loads forever. In the system info I see there is a problem with jQuery requests but not sure how to resolve this.

Hello! try the following:

I cannot load templates, what can I do?

Go to Elementor > System Info, and check whether E lementor’s Library is connected or not.
Go to Elementor > Tools and synchronize the library.

Click on “sync library” in the “tools” tab of Elementor in your WordPress dashboard if it is not synced yet.

I’m having the same problem described, proposed fixes did not help…

I suppose it’s related to my recent update to WP 5.1.1.

Are there any settings that need tweaking after the update?
