Elementor keep loading when using Creativo theme

  • Hi,

    I am using the latest Elementor and Creativo.
    When i press the Elementor to edit a page it’s keep loading.

    I tried to change the theme as you suggested in the FAQ page to sixteen and it is working.

    How can I use elementor plugin with different theme such as Creativo?

    Unfortunately, we are not familiar with this theme.
    As this is a premium theme we can’t examine this issue and support it.
    I suggest you will check this with this theme’s support.

    I’m confused. Your site says you can use Elementor with ANY Theme. But how, exactly? I have been getting conflicting advise. Many good Themes now come with Visual Composer. One Theme told me it was OK to use Elementor, another said VC could not be uninstalled and you could not use both. I can understand that you might not be able to have both builders installed at the same time, but can you help me make sense of the Pagebuilder/Theme playing field? How do Pagebuilders work with Themes installed?

    One of our goals with Elementor is to make it compatible with every WP theme.
    However, there can be issues and conflicts with different themes.
    If these themes are part of WP repo we can test it and make the required adjustments.
    But with premium themes we cannot do it.
