Elementor issues – won’t update errors

I’ve been having issues with elementor for months and I’m not techi at all so have no clue what I’m doing wrong or have done wrong. I can’t update elementor as if I do then I can’t edit pages. If I do not update then I cant add new blog posts so I am really stuck. I keep having to roll back to 2.9.9
Any help would really be appreciated.
