    Hi,

I’m having lots of issues with Elementor in terms of padding. I believe it’s the same thing that was discussed here as I am also using the Hello theme and it’s also happening to me on all of my pages, not just lesson pages.

This is not just happening to bullet points but is also happening to text as well (but is less noticeable) and others.

To fix it, I manually added padding using CSS to Elementor text widgets but I also use bullet points etc. in other types of Elementor widgets as well. I don’t want to have to add dozens of CSS rules for different types of widgets if you are going to end up fixing the issue anyway.

I notice that two updates to Elementor have been released since that thread and yet the issue still remains. Why has this not been fixed yet? It seems like it’s very bad practice for a plugin to have such a general CSS rule that “resets” all margins and paddings across the entire website in cases when the theme does not have a similar rule itself. Why have you not gotten rid of this rule?

    Thank you for your assistance!

  • Dear @kendub62

We are very sorry for the issue. To fix this issue you have to remove this code *{margin:0;padding:0} from this file tutor/assets/css/tutor.min.css. After removing this code please clear your browser cahce.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply!

I’m aware that this is what needs to be removed. My question was why has this code has not be removed in the two updates since the thread mentioned above? Will this code be removed in the next update?

    Thanks!
