    Hello,
When I browse my website with Windows10 Chrome or Firefox It looks as supposed, but when I try to use Internet Explorer11 it seems that the right column has not enough space to be correctly viewed and items in it are shown in another row.

Is there an easy way to fix this?
    thank you very much!

  • Hi Pamtofola,
We don’t support Internet Explorer (see https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements)

This is not a recommended browser to use in any instance.

    Cheers
    Ben

Hello Ben and thank you for the answer ??
While I absolutely don’t use IE, I’m sad that I cannot prevent my users from doing it.
In the support page I read that it’s not possible to edit with IE and not that it’s not possible to correctly view the content with that browser.

    Little feedback:
If you can’t find a workaround, it would be nice to have by default a small banner (similar to EU cookie law banner) for IE users that warns to use other browsers (I think I’ll do it for my website)!
Elementor really looks great and I can understand how hard it is to make things work for Explorer, but it would be nice to find a way to make it look decent at least in the PRO version – I really like Elementor, but to be honest I don’t think I would pay for an addon that doesn’t work with the default Windows browser.

Here are some stats about browsers…I had no idea so few people used IE anymore. I don’t use it, but I thought a lot more corporate people used it. Make sense that they don’t focus on it. https://www.w3schools.com/browsers/
