Elementor is only working on some of my pages

  • Hi there. I’m currently building a site with Elementor. When I go to the ‘pages’ dashboard option, only some of the pages show the ‘edit with Elementor’option when i hover over them. And when I click on a page without this option, there is a blue button for ‘edit with elementor’ above the text box that is not responsive. If i click on one of the pages that does work OK, this blue button is located inside the text box, rather than above it. If I just click on ‘add new page’ option, none of the new pages work with Elementor. I have tried disabling all plugins but that has not worked either. Any suggestions?? Thanks

  • I had this same issue and narrowed it down to a plug-in. After de-activating all plug-ins (except Elementor) I would clear cache/cookies or open site in a private window and try again. Also, if you want to see what’s causing the Elementor Editor to not open, open up JS console in chrome and see what it reports when you refresh the page and then click Edit with Elementor (that’s how I figured out which plugin was causing the conflict).
