  • To troubleshoot this issue try to resync your license (this process won’t affect your site):

    Go to https://my.elementor.com/.
From the left sidebar, click Subscriptions and click the title of the subscription to see its details.
Scroll down to Connected websites and deactivate one of the domains.
Activate your license again by following the steps in this guide.

If it didn’t help, please make sure that your Elementor plug-ins are updated to their latest versions.
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

    Hi Team,

I am using the free version of elementor, just want to use some of the blocks.
There’s no option to resync even after removing the domains from elementor.

    Please help

    Hi,

Since it is an internal server error, you may ask your hosting provider support to check this from their end since we do not have access to the server.

You may also send us your PHP Error logs or WP Debug log.
