Elementor Images disappear

    I replaced the background image in the column to the right of the yellow panel. The image shows in the left hand input column for Edit Column. But nothing shows in the right hand column on the elementor layout page. I also cannot place a background image in any new or old columns on any page in the site. Can you please help? Thanks, Jon

    Hi Jon,

    I suggest making sure you flush your website’s cache after replacing an image and then try again. Please do it in this order:
    – Cache plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, SG Optimizer…)
    – Server cache (SiteGround, Bluehost…)
    – CDN cache (Cloudflare, StackPath…). Please do it from your CDN’s dashboard, not through your cache plugin or hosting dashboard.
    – Browser cache (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari…)

    Gerard, Thank you for the procedure. Is there a link that would have more detailed instructions on how to do that. I am not using a cache plugin, Godaddy says it doesn’t use a server cache and I am not using a CDN service. So, would that only leave me with Browser cache to clear? Thanks.

    Good morning @jonsmilburn,

    That’s right, that only leaves you with browser cache. I am not sure what browser you use, but a quick search on Google will give you the results. Something like “clear cache your_browser“.
