Elementor header issue with Marcus Lock & Key theme theme

    Having an issue with editing the oranage bar at the top of the page where it shows “Always open” on left and phone number on right. (is that called a header?) When I move cursor over area and click nothing happens. Tried navigation button nothing leads to it. Thought Id post before I scrap this theme and go with another. Using a local host so can’t post a link and can’t seem to post a screen shot? Any insight would be appreciated.
