    Hey Herman, my apologies for the delayed reply, my wife gave birth 2 weeks ago so i’ve been chaotically in ‘new dad mode’.

    The issue isn’t resolved as of yet –
    The theme is VLThemes ‘leedo theme’

    When I go to export the header I get ‘template is empty’? even though when I go to edit there is clearly content there. Any idea why?

    Anyway, since discussing anything related to the paid version is not allowed in this forum, as mentioned in the Forum Guidelines, please don’t post a paid product on this forum.

    As regards to the “template is empty”, is it possible for you to share a video of how it looks on your end, so we can understand it better?

    Hey @bsfherman, thank you for the well wishes! it’s been a bit manic here hence the delay…. again ha!

    I have attached a video of how the header looks on the site, with a black box at the top:

    I have also attached the error i am getting when i try to export the template header:

    – the header seems to be saved in ‘templates’ as opposed to the ‘header and footer’ section shown in the video you had linked. Is this likely to be the issue?

    thank you for the link – I posted a ticket a few weeks ago now, but it seems to have disappeared?? Are there bugs on the braintrust site and maybe it didn’t post?
