• Hello,

I hope you are well. I would like to inform you about a compatibility issue I have experienced with your Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. I will describe the problem in detail below:

When the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin is active, the following problems occur:

    1. The filter layouts in the product store get distorted and make the values invisible.
    2. The quantity on the individual product page and in the shopping cart becomes invisible, making it difficult for users to know the quantity of items they have added to the cart and/or filter values.

    Attached are screenshots:

Screenshots when the plugin is active.

Screenshots when the plugin is deactivated: (Works correctly).

    Details of my Environment:

    • WordPress Version: 6.3.2
    • Elementor Header & Footer Builder version: 1.6.16
    • WooCommerce Version: 1.6.16

    Best regards.

I am also experiencing this issue.

@eeast did you end up finding a resolution? After further investigation it looks like my header (not so much the footer) is conflicting with Elementor and not Woocommerce like I originally thought. I’ve tried installed various themes, but the issue still persists when using the header with Elementor. If I default to another header like Astra, the issue seems to be resolved.

It was also changing other elementor features like the “stars” in my review slider to weird squares and my search icon completing disappeared from the header. My currencies on my website were also jumping around like crazy, but I’m now thinking that is because I had some short code in the header for my currency plugin and because the header wasn’t working properly, neither was my currency plugin.

    Hi @eeast,

Please share the template you are using as the custom Header of your site. This Elementor doc that will guide you on how you can save and export a template, just in case you are unsure of how to do that. Additionally, could please let me know which theme you are using? I’d like to try it on my dev site and see if I can replicate it.

Apart from that, I don’t see any screenshots attached to your message. Do you see it from your end?

I look forward to hearing from you.

@rlpdigitalservices, as per this forum guide, please start your own thread. Your case sounds different either. You are welcome to cross-link this thread, so we are aware of both.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
