Elementor – Header, footer and blocks

Good afternoon,
I have a problem with the menu when activating Elementor – Header, footer and blocks template. I have created a custom footer to be displayed on all pages, but activating it I cannot display the menu on mobile devices, so navigation is affected.
I tried to uninstall plugin by plugin and this problem only occurs by keeping Header, footer & blocks but I don’t know what to do to keep the menu working normally.

After contacting the support of this plugin, they told me to change the theme and activating twenty seventeen the problem was solved.

However, I know that Suffice is compatible with Elementor.

I hope you can give me some indication to solve the problem.
