I’ve tested elementor without any other plugins. just a woocommerce on. you can right click on pictures and open in new tab for see in original sizes.

I found a big problem with Elementor plugin. Elementor by displaying images whose names contain Arabic / Farsi / Persian characters and numbers; It has a problem. The problem is that the images are not showing in the blog or products elements in site. Please stay with me while I show you.

In the pictures above. you can see this problem. for additional description can say Some images are loaded and some are not. Maybe images with longer and longer names or fewer numbers or characters are used in their file names are more prone to this problem. But you can find examples of violations for everyone and sometimes they are loaded randomly! They have no problem with the file name if it is English charachters. This problem is visible only in the languages I told you (our language is Farsi).

This is a sad issue for our site, because we have to change the names of thousands of product images on the site to English. Or to ignore it and our site looks like a dead site!

We have not used any plugins and no other plugins are involved and we have done the test in completely standard conditions. This problem is only in Elementor and not in anything else. Of course, it may also exist in the Elementor add-ons that exist in the Woodmart format. But I don’t think so. Because we tested with other formats and the same problem existed, that’s why I say that there are problems in Elementor.

please look at this pictures. i changed file name and reupload

after upload same picture with english charachters in file name everything is ok.

There is one more point. which I can explain further!

If use plugin Parsi Date (in www.remarpro.com) @wp-parsidate @man4toman @saeedfard @lord_viper @yazdaniwp There are no more problems and the files with the same names are displayed correctly on the site. But if this plugin is disabled, this problem will arise.

Of course, I must say that this problem is not from their plugin, but from Elementor. Rather, the problem is solved by activating their plugin, which is Farsi and date-based.

However, we hope that this problem will be solved soon in Elementor itself. Because we want to disable the parsi date plugin for some reasons. And in general, this problem should not exist in Elementor.

thank you for read and thank you for your plugin and support. We are impatiently waiting for your answer and solution to the problem.
