Elementor (free) lightbox, full screen icon causes lightbox to close to gallery

    Hi, I am using elementor free with astra theme.
    I have a basic gallery page where thumbs open into lightbox.
    When full screen icon is clicked inside lightbox lightbox crashes back to gallery.
    when in elementor editor full screen functions correctly
    When I changed themes problem stopped.
    can anyone suggest a fix for this problem while still using the Astra theme.

  • Hi, Since this is an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?

    I’d like to suggest you use Safe mode to troubleshoot the issue. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Elementor.

    “Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.

    If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.

    If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One and see if it makes any difference.

    PHP errors from your system info – a list of your working environment settings. You can find this information on the WordPress Admin page under Elementor > System Info
