Elementor Forms False Flags

    Hi team,

    It looks like Cleantalk is creating false flags for Elementor (popup) form submission.

    If users try to signup for newsletters via popup, they get one of these errors; Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot OR Forbidden. Your request has been detected as spam.

    When users signup via Footer (Gravity Form), it works without any issues.

    Could you please assista ASAP? We’ve been missing out on a couple of legit subscribers.

    Hello.

    I see that some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It may cause incorrect filtering.

    We suggest to change the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
    – Set cookies to Off;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.

    Also, if you are using cache solution, please, do not forget to clear all website cache after.

    Could you please let us know when you did all of the above? We need to check the website’s requests to make sure everything is working as it should.
