    Hi,

    Email test works fine in settings but with my elementor form i meet an erroro , thanks for help:

    Hi there @pipoulito,

    It looks like your SMTP server may not be accepting the From address in your form. Try checking the Force From Email option in the WP Mail SMTP settings:

    https://wpmailsmtp.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/other-smtp-mailer-force-from-email.png

    This will force all emails from your site to use the From Email that is set in WP Mail SMTP.

    Hi,

    it has worked but now i have that…But i have not sent 200 emails !! Maybe Robots ? Since i have added CaptchaV3, i don’t know how much should i wait for to test again…

    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Mail quota exceeded for [email protected]: You have exceeded the limit of 200 messages per hour and per account. Please, re-try later.
    221 Closing connection, please refrain from sending too many mails

    Hey @pipoulito,

    That could be what happened. If bots were attacking your form, it could stop you from being able to send email. In this case, it looks like your SMTP host has a limit of 200 emails per hour, so you would need to wait until the hour is up for the limit to reset. I suggest reaching out to your SMTP host to see if they can look into the emails that were sent. That should give you a better idea of what happened to cause you to reach the limit so fast.
