Elementor elements not showing and have to activate safe mode

  • Am i correct in saying the this theme ships w/ the Elementor page builder?
    Our home page was built w/ Elementor and all the content does not show on the front end. Also, you can’t edit the page on the back end w/ Elementor unless you enter safe mode. Is there a fix for this?

    The issue is not with the theme but with the content of the page. I suggest you to first duplicate your original page using this plugin

    Once you have duplicate page, then you can troubleshoot the issue by opening the page in safe mode and remove the section and see if it’s coming from a particular section or not, or possibly create it with scratch.

    PS: I have just tested the theme with a fresh installation and everything works fine.

    i have tried this route already.
    the problem is, it’s not just that page.
    when i try to create a brand new page w/ Elementor running the theme, i have the issue. it says “the preview could not be loaded…” and eventually it suggests going into safe mode.
    when i try to create a new page w/ Elementor running a default WordPress theme, it is totally fine.
    this is how i determined that the theme was causing the issue, and thus directed my question to you.

    i installed a fresh version of the theme and everything seems ok. someone must have done something to the theme. thanks.
