• Website I’m creating in Elementor (it’s still in progress) doesn’t work in Safari browser. Everything is misplaced, elements do not work, text is absent, headers and menu are not visible. I’m using Astra theme. I tried to find the bug in plugins and theme, by activating and deactivating everything etc. The main problem, I think, lays in Elemetor itself. When enabling Elementor in the troubleshooting mode (in Safari…on Windows) all the elements are already misplaced and activating other plugins make everything worse.
I tried also updating jquery – no effect. Some people on reddit said that was the case of their cache plugin. Doesn’t work for me also. I don’t even have a clue what to do next.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor & Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:

your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider),
    and your browser cache.
