Elementor course template not applying to courses

  • I have created a course template using Elementor but it is not replacing your default template on the frontend view. I have followed all steps per your docs and elementor docs and also contacted your support at your support email but no has resolved this issue as of yet. I wanted to reach out once before I switch to another elearning platform. I want to use your plugin as it is at a better price point but I have already lost 3 weeks trying to get your support to look into this

    Hello @nkhanani

    After creating a course templete with elementor, it will not replace the default courses template, which are already published. It will be applied to the newly created course. If you want to apply the template to the existing courses, you have to replace the default template manually. Edit a course with elementor, delete everything from the page, click on the folder icon, navigate to my templates, and insert the template you created earlier.

    It is not applying to new courses either. I have deleted everything and started from scratch and still issue persists.
