Elementor Corruption ?

Most of the site is developed and Elementor has been great — until now.
During a Save, the power flickered for a second and the in process save seemed to stall, but eventually finished. Since then, I have been having strange issues appear in sections that were done and working. Example: A simple form with a 4 option Radio type now displays centered in the form where before it was left justified. I switched the theme to Hello v2.0.6 – no difference.

I suspect bad values / missing values were written during the flakey save.

Is there a way to detect/correct corruption or reset Elementor ?
