Elementor Contact Form + Mailpoet

    Hi

    On our Elementor-driven Website we have a contact form with an optional checkbox (“Sign up for Newsletter”) and linked the form to Mailpoet 3.
    But now every contact will be registered for the newsletter, no matter if the box is checked or not.

    So how can I add a simple checkbox to our contact form to let people sign up to our newsletter depending if it is checked or not.
