Hello, I have been trying to connect my Printful store to my WordPress site with WooCommerce.
I have been receiving the error

"500 Internal Server Error occurred! Please check your server logs for a detailed issue description.

    CODE: G160199004"

So I started deactivating plugins to see if any of them was causing it. After several tries, my worst fear was confirmed: Deactivating Elementor Plugin alone would solve the issue.
Needless to say, Elementor is integral part of my webpage and I cannot keep it disabled. Also I would like not to disable it each time I need to update my store.
Is this a known bug? Is there some known configuration I can tweek in order to keep Elementor and still use Printful service?
Thank you very much in advance.

Edit: On a further note, I have just confirmed that products that trigger the error are still added to my WooCommerce products, but still trigger the Printful error. So, maybe Elementor is blocking my ability to respond to Printful API?
    Luis
Another edit: It seems it is possible to edit products with Elementor active, but not to add them.

  • Hey @dragion12,

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins apart from WooCommerce, since each plugin is created by a different developer team.

For this reason, we suggest to disable this plugin during product push, if you have noted that it’s causing issues between Printful and WooCommerce.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can reach out to us at [email protected]!
