Elementor changes not showing up on staging site

    I’ve been using Elementor to update pages on my staging site. I save/publish the changes in Elementor, but when I access the staging site, none of the changes are there. I’ve tried almost every troubleshooting solution I can find – I’ve cleared all cache (server, browser, etc.), used a different browser, and viewed the site in an incognito browser. I’ve also tried clicking the Regenerate Files button and switching the CSS Print Method setting in Elementor. Even after doing all of this, none of the Elementor changes are showing up on the staging site. Please help! Thanks.

    Hi @ayeshaatif ,

    Here are a few things you can still try.

    1. Deactivate the cache plugin
    2. Try a different theme temporarily on the staging site.
    3. Please see the browser’s console if there’s any Javascript error.

    Hi @fayyazfayzi,

    I’ve tried all three things you mentioned, and unfortunately, it’s still not working. The form that you linked says it’s only for paying customers – I have the free version. What should I do?
